Q & A: Text

We provide FREE delivery services within a 15 mile radius of Ennis and the surrounding areas. Outside the 15 mile radius, delivery fees may apply.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, cash app, and Zelle.
How do I prepare for the play area set-up?
Prior to your booking, please make sure that the area you have chosen has enough space to house the equipment based on the package that you have selected. The area must be SAFE/FREE of hazardous items such as (glass, sticks, animal waste, etc.) We require a flat, dry surface for setup. If you will NOT be present during the time of setup, "PLEASE" make the proper arrangements and make sure to leave clear instructions on where to stage the play area. Our play areas can be set up inside/outside.*PLEASE keep "ALL" equipment dry, NO face paint/glitter/markers, NO sharp objects, NO food/candy/drinks on the equipment, keep all equipment inside the play area!!
How do I book my reservation?
You may reserve your booking online at www.kkbouncenplay.com by filling out the booking request form. Provide the date, time and package choice that you have selected, along with any additional add-ons. Bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance, and 3 days prior to your event. A $50 deposit is required to reserve your event. The remaining balance is due, once the setup complete.
How does the delivery and setup work?
We require 1-2 hours prior to your event to setup the play area. And up to 1 hour after your event for break down. The setup does NOT count towards your reservation time.*When booking at a venue, make sure you have notified and made arrangements with the venue for an early setup.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that "things happen". If you need to cancel your event for some reason, you will ONLY receive the full amount of your deposit, if a 24 hour notice is given. You also have the option to reschedule for a later date.
What is the policy for weather conditions?
If your event is being held outside the setup must be placed under a shaded/covered area (ex. canopy, pavilion, covered deck, garage, etc). *FYI...During the summer months the equipment does get hot and "will" cause burns to the skin. For your safety, if it's raining, drizzling or high winds in the forecast, we will NOT set up the equipment outside.
